Sno Glo 2025 Cost and Payment information

We never want cost to keep an interested teen from attending any of our TFC events. So, first and foremost if cost is an issue please contact Cory and we can discuss any available options regarding the expenses of Sno Glo.

Payments accepted are cash/check. Checks may be written out to "Grace BFC" and in the memo mention "Sno Glo".
The following are the registration dates and costs for our group.

Initial Registration due October 2, 2024

Final Payment minus incentives* due January 29, 2025
- $100
Late Registration is available from November 22 through December 18, 2024 but will require a late fee of $20

*"Sno Glo" and "Glo Free" incentives are available to reduce the cost of Sno Glo attendance and are can be picked up at TFC. The incentives require regular attendance, Bible verse memorization, and participation in a TFC service project. All incentives are due before the final payment is due in January 2025.

General Release/Hold Harmless Agreement
As the parent or legal guardian of the included student(s), I agree to the following:

DESIRE – The student(s) desires to participate in the program, events or activities (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Activities”) operated or sponsored by Grace Bible Fellowship Church (hereinafter referred to as the “Church” and its youth ministry).

POSSIBILITY OF INJURY – The student(s) cannot participate in such Activities without releasing and holding harmless the Church and the youth ministry.

NECESSITY OF PERMISSION SLIP – The student(s) cannot participate in such Activities without releasing/holding harmless the Church and youth ministry.

GENERAL RELEASE AND DISCHARGE – I, the undersigned, request that the church and its youth ministry allow the student to participate in the Activity and in consideration thereof agree to hereby release, and forever discharge the Church, its youth ministry, and any parties volunteering on behalf of the Church or its youth ministry from all actions, claims, damages, costs, expenses or damages of any kind growing out of or related to the Activities.

RELEASE FOR INJURY AND DAMAGES – I acknowledge that this is a full and complete release for all injuries and damages which the above student may sustain as a result of participating in the Activities.

TREATMENT FOR INJURY – I authorize the treatment of the student by a qualified and licensed medical doctor in the event of a medical emergency which, in the opinion of the attending physician, may endanger his/her life, cause disfigurement, physical impairment, or undue discomfort if delayed, while said minor is participating in the Activity, including transportation to and from the site. This authority is granted only after a reasonable attempt has been made to contact me, the parent/guardian.
